Because of the overwhelming response we have received because of our internet presence and national television coverage on LEEZA and EXTRA, we have found it necessary to charge for time spent in individual consulting, unless we agree to take your case on a contingency basis. We have posted considerable basic information on the various web pages in this site. If you would like information beyond what is in the web pages here, then contact us to discuss the possibility of consultation. I will respond to the initial contact at no charge, but the response may answer a simple question or suggest you hire me on an hourly basis. I will do my best to help everyone who contacts us.

Most work we do is on a contingency basis. This means we take a percentage of the recovery we get. No recovery, no fee. You are always responsible for the out-or-pocket costs necessary to prepare and present your case.

If you request consulting on any issue, but particularly issues regarding fibromyalgia, preparing a claim for a longterm disability insurer, or any other issue in which we agree to do work for an hourly fee, my rate is $400 for all time up to an hour for the first hour and then $400/hour thereafter. We have been very successful in helping people prepare claims for longterm disability insurance benefits. So far most have received benefits without having to hire us on a contingency basis. Usually significant help can be provided within 1 - 5 hours. We appreciate payment in advance, and we can provide consulting in person, by phone, by email, by snailmail, and by fax.
